Reell medvirkning have experts in training children and young people in advocacy and policy making.
Together with Unicef Norway we developed and held a workshop with ten child delegates who would represent Norway on the very first Nordic Children’s Forum 2020. Together with 80 children from the whole Nordic region, they would meet in Copenhagen to discuss solutions and suggestions in creating change for children. Read more here.
Additionally, Reell medvirkning annually holds a training for 40 child representatives from the Norwegian Rights Respecting Schools, on behalf of Unicef Norway. This includes training in awareness of rights, training in representation and training in public speaking. The goal is that in Rights Respecting Schools, children understand that participation is a right they have, as according to UNCRC art 12.
